Scientific Dialogues for the Sustainable Development of Drylands

WTT is in Campina Grande, Paraíba, to participate in this preparatory seminar that precedes and mobilizes the public and institutions for the 2nd ILACCT Conference – Latin American and Caribbean Initiative on Science and Technology for Combating Desertification.

The seminar is being organized by INSA, a long-time partner of WTT in technological development projects aimed at the Brazilian semi-arid region.

Lara Ramos, WTT’s Program and Public Policy Manager, will be participating in the panel focusing on innovation: “Innovative solutions to address the advancement of desertification processes and adapt to the effects of climate change.” The panel includes participants from UFAPE, Caatinga Microbiome Initiative, ONDACBC, ASA, and ANA.
