How can the demands of different governmental and non-governmental actors be prioritized in public investments in Science, Technology and Innovation? These are questions that remain open,” says Lara Ramos, project manager at WTT, in an exclusive article for the Um Só Planeta website. In the article, the manager and PhD student  in Science and Technology Policy at UNICAMP, recalls recent events that have taken place over the last four months and which have touched on the discussions.
